Anika is passionate about helping women and girls build healthy relationships, meaningful connections, and lasting friendships. Her wisdom, authenticity, and heart for empowering others make her the perfect addition to this life-changing weekend.

This retreat is about so much more than getting away…it’s about healing, growing, strengthening family bonds, building confidence, and creating unforgettable memories together.
