Class is TODAY Thursday, May 14th! Spots still open!

Join us for our Beyond the Saddle Educational Series! The next class in this series will be Through the Horse’s Eyes: Healing Body Image and Learning to Love Yourself taught by Molly McElroy, MSW on Thursday, May 14th 8th at 5:30pm virtually! This webinar class is open to ATRC Active Participants, ATRC Volunteers, and the General Public.

This class will discuss that horses don’t see us the way the world does, they don’t judge our size, our shape, or our perceived imperfections. They respond to our energy, our authenticity, and how we show up in our bodies. In this powerful and vulnerable conversation, we explore body image through the unique and healing perspective of the horse. Participants will gain insight into how disconnection from the body impacts self-worth, and how horses can help us rebuild trust, compassion, and acceptance within ourselves. By learning to see ourselves through the eyes of a horse, we open the door to a deeper kind of self-love, one rooted not in appearance, but in presence, connection, and truth.
