The Altamont Lions Club teamed up with the Bahrns Memorial Golf outing to raise money for the Bahrns Memorial Scholarship Fund at LakeLand College. Kirby Tolch, Bahrns Memorial Golf Outing, presents the club with a check for our efforts at the golf outing.

Thanks for your generous food donations and money donations. Pack-A-Sack collected 1145 pounds of food. If you would like to donate to the food pantry, take food to the United Methodist Church Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 to noon.

PACK A SACK is coming. Saturday, October 25th grocery bags will be distributed and Saturday, November 1st donated food will be picked up. The Pack A Sack area, this time, will be south of Division Street and west of Main St.

Lions soccer is needing head coaches.

The Kindergarten /1st grade age group will have enough players for 5-6 teams and only has two coaches as of today.

The 2nd/3rd grade age group will have enough players for four teams and has three coaches as of today.

The 4th/5th/6th grade team will have enough players for three teams and has two coaches as of today.
