Our mom2mom ministry meets the first Wednesday of the month (September through May) from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
We are doing a Bible Study this 2021-2022 Season! "Just Open The Door" by Jen Schmidt reminds us that hospitality is one of the best ways to live out the two greatest commandments: loving God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. But often we get caught up in perfecting our homes and conversations before we open our doors.
Over these sessions, look to Jesus as your model for hospitality. Discover how He lived a life full of interruptions, yet always welcomed people and invited them to follow Him. Learn to replace cultural expectations with biblical hospitality to create a legacy of invitation and reflect Jesus through simple acts of service. This study is open to expecting moms through moms of 17-year-olds. Books will be $10.
Our desire is to equip busy women to influence their families, neighbors and communities for Christ. Busy moms come from several area communities to participate. Childcare is always provided at mom2mom by our caring mom2mom workers.
We'll also feature special Wednesday events in the evening, along with "Coffee & Chaos" Playdates in the Summit Atrium on the third Wednesday morning. Contact Linda at 712-301-8894 if you would like more information about joining us for any or all of our activities!
