The Zeta Amicae of Alsip & Tau Psi Zeta is honored to support one of our very own, Amica Alicia, as she served the Hazel Crest community during today’s Community Recovery Assistance event.

It was truly inspiring to witness neighbors, organizations, and volunteers come together to provide meals, cleanup supplies, clothing, food, and hope to families impacted by the recent storms.

Service is at the heart of who we are, and we’re proud to stand alongside Amica Alicia as she continues to make a difference in our community.

Bud Billiken Parade Backpack & School Supply Drive
Saturday, August 8, 2026

On Saturday, August 8, 2026, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. will be distributing backpacks and school supplies during the Bud Billiken® Parade. This is a wonderful opportunity for graduate and undergraduate chapters, Amicae auxiliaries, and Zeta Youth Affiliates to come together in service and make a meaningful impact on students as they prepare for the new school year.

How Chapters Can Still Participate

The deadline for monetary donations has now passed, and we sincerely thank everyone who contributed to support this initiative.

There is still an opportunity to make a difference! We encourage chapters, auxiliaries, and affiliates to bring new school supplies to the designated packing location to help fill the backpacks before distribution. Every notebook, pencil, folder, and donated supply helps ensure more students are equipped for a successful start to the school year.

Thank you for your continued generosity and unwavering commitment to serving our communities. Together, we can make a lasting difference one backpack at a time.
