The LRJ Foundation had a great day presenting our mental health and wellness program to 7th–12th grade students at Mid Valley, reaching nearly 1,000 students. Together we explored topics like managing stress, building resilience, understanding emotions, and learning healthy ways to support both ourselves and others.

A special thank you to Ashley and Kelly, our incredible LRJ professional mental health counselors, for leading such engaging and meaningful conversations with the students.

We’re also grateful to the staff and administration at Mid Valley Jr./Sr. High School in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. We are honored to have had a long-standing partnership with Mid Valley for the past 14 years. Thank you for continuing to make mental health education a true priority.

Where to next? Please reach out to the LRJ Foundation to schedule an interactive mental wellness presentation for your school or organization. 💛

What an incredible day at the Annual Alpharetta Rotary Polar Bear Plunge 🐻‍❄️❄️
Cold water, big hearts, and an even bigger impact!

This amazing event brings our community together to raise funds for dozens of local nonprofits, all committed to giving back and making a difference right here at home. The energy, the costumes, the courage (and yes… the freezing water 😅) made today unforgettable.

The LRJ Foundation is beyond grateful to have raised $1,300 to support our mental health and wellness education programs and to new program to launch soon which will provide financial assistance for individuals and families seeking counseling who may lack the resources to access care. 💛🧠

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Alpharetta, fellow plungers, donors, sponsors, and everyone who showed up, cheered loud, and supported these causes. This is what community looks like—coming together, showing up, and always striving to be .

Absolutely, kindness is more important than ever, as everyone is facing their own challenges. In times of uncertainty and stress, even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference. Whether it’s offering a listening ear, sending a thoughtful message, or simply smiling at a stranger, these gestures can help to foster a sense of community and support.

Remember, empathy and understanding can transform someone’s day and contribute to creating a more compassionate world. Let’s strive to be more patient and considerate, recognizing that everyone is doing their best with what they have.

This year brought challenges, growth, and moments that tested us all.
But you held on.
You showed strength when it mattered most.
And because of you, LRJ Foundation continued delivering vital mental-health education to schools, families and communities.

We’re deeply thankful for every supporter, partner, student, teacher, parent, and community member who stands with us.
Your dedication allows us to keep showing up, keep teaching, and keep reminding others they’re not alone.

Thank you for being part of this mission.
