The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership, always free of cost. F3 Alpha currently serves Alpharetta, Cu***ng, Johns Creek, and Norcross. Expansion into other communities in North Atlanta coming soon! Our five core principles start with all workouts are free of charge, and workouts are open to all men. Men who participate also lead the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary.
