Staying Safe and Healthy!

Thank you to pharmacist Dr. Rocky Beeland for visiting the Crabapple Senior Center to share valuable information about medications and their connection to fall risk. Understanding how medications can affect balance and safety is an important step in preventing falls and maintaining independence.

Our Crabapple Senior Center participants enjoyed a fun and informative group trip to Arbor Terrace!

The day included a brain game, a cooking demonstration, and a tour of their beautiful community. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, explore, and enjoy some time together outside the center.

Thank you to the team at Arbor Terrace for welcoming our seniors and making it such a fun visit!

Next time you’re strolling down Canton Street in Roswell, make sure you stop by and say hello to Bettie! She’s representing Senior Services North Fulton and, just like our organization, she’s been “aging like fine wine” for 35 years!

And let’s be honest… she looks pretty darn good for her age, doesn’t she?!

A big thank you to Care Solutions for spending the day with us at the Sandy Springs Senior Center! We had such a fun time playing bingo, enjoying a pizza party, and sharing lots of laughs with our seniors.

We’re grateful for community partners like Care Solutions who help make days like this so special!

Our annual End of Summer Luau at the Crabapple Senior Center was a day full of music, dancing, laughter and fun!

DJ Yemani Robinson kept the dance floor moving with some great tunes, while Mario, Ayden and Cheryl from Roswell Funeral Home and Green Lawn Cemetery stopped by with goodie bags in hand. Ayden even called a few rounds of bingo before joining the fun!

They got the dance party started before heading out, and our seniors kept the good times going. What a fun way to wrap up the summer!

Staying active and finding new ways to move!

Our seniors at the Dogwood Senior Center enjoyed a fun and informative exercise session with Alves Care. They learned some new chair exercises and explored different ways to stretch and stay active using an exercise ball.
