Fitness Instructor and friend to AYSA has made a workout video for young athletes and parents to stay fit, healthy and strong during this shelter in place order. Many will not be able to do this many repetitions yet. Do as many as you can. Try to gain every day. Watch her form and try to mimic it to get the most out of the work. Message us your pictures/videos doing some of these or other exercises/drills in an AYSA gear and I will post them. Stay safe, healthy, and wash your hands.
