🐄 MARKET SALE DAY INFO 🐖
FRIDAY, AUGUST 21 • 4:00 PM
🛠️ FRIDAY MORNING — WE NEED YOUR HELP!

After the Awards Breakfast, we will begin setting up for the Market Sale.

More hands make the work go faster! We will need help with:

Moving bleachers
Taking down the show ring
Moving chairs into place
Hauling out sawdust
Getting the sale ring ready

If you are available, please stick around and lend a hand!

⭐ MARKET SALE — 4:00 PM

Youth should be ready and dressed for the Market Sale before the sale begins.

🔄 RESALE INFORMATION

If your animal was sold as a resale item, you MUST return to the ring with that animal for the resale portion.

Resale happens after every animal has gone through the regular sale.
The resale order will follow the same species and lineup order as the regular sale.
Youth must be present to sell their animal through resale.
If you are not present for your resale animal, you will be fined.
⛺ BUYER TENT SEATING

The tent seating is for BUYERS ONLY!

🚫 Youth are not to sit under the buyer tent.
🚫 Family members are not able to sit under the buyer tent.

Please help us keep this space available for the buyers who support our 4-H Market Sale!

🏆 CHAMPION PHOTOS

Grand & Reserve Champion recipients will have their picture taken in the ring with their buyer.

Youth receiving these honors should:

🏆 Bring their banner
🎀 Bring their ribbons if possible
📸 Be ready for their buyer photo in the ring
🧹 AFTER THE SALE — WE NEED YOU AGAIN!

There is a LOT of cleanup after the Market Sale.

Please be mindful and lend a helping hand when you see a need. Whether it's moving chairs, cleaning up, hauling materials, or helping another exhibitor, every extra set of hands makes a difference!
