Elections for the Alpena Huron Shore Little League board will take place Wednesday August 26th from 6 to 6:30 at the Complex concession stand. Voting is open to the public. If you are interested in joining the board please send us a message and we will add your name to the ballot. Board members serve 3 year terms with monthly board meetings.

Here are some photos from the Michigan 9-11 Baseball State Tournament championship game. Rockford outlasted Grosse Pointe Woods Shores 16-14 in a back and forth battle to take home the title. It was a great game by both teams and they should both be proud of the effort they put into that game.

The championship game for the Michigan State 9-11 Little League Baseball title is tomorrow at 3pm. It should be a great game. Come on out and cheer them on!

And here it is folks! The championship match up between District 6 - Grosse Pointe Woods Shores and District 9 - Rockford is set to take place at 3:00 pm tomorrow on Sabourin Field. Good luck to both teams!

We are looking for help prepping fields, the next three days for the state tournament. If anyone is willing to come out and lend a hand, it would be greatly appreciated. Game times are 12:30, 3, 5:30 and 8 today, 3 and 5:30 tomorrow and 3 on Wednesday. We need to rake and rechalk foul lines and batters boxes at least 30 minutes before each game so teams have time to warm up.
