A friendly reminder: It’s a wonderful time of year to explore the trails at Almond Community Park! The well-maintained paths have gentle elevation changes and benches along the way for resting, making them perfect for all ages—including little ones in strollers. The trails can be accessed on the left just past the fire department, or accessed from inside park along the east side tree line.

It was a lively weekend at the Town of Almond Community Park! During the opening weekend of the Fall Cup (3rd/4th grade), the Canisteo-Greenwood Youth Soccer Team took home the championship. The Alfred-Almond Bible Church’s EPIC Teens also pitched in by completing community service projects.

It was a great first day of the All-Star Tournament. Great job to the A-A Youth Baseball Board, coaches, and volunteers who organized this event. Here are some pictures from the day's events and updated photos of the facilities at the Town of Almond’s Community Park.

The Alfred-Almond Central School Girls’ Softball Team will be utilizing the Almond Community Park Softball field this evening at 5 PM for their game. This is a great opportunity to come down and see the older kids play.
