It was a great first day of the All-Star Tournament. Great job to the A-A Youth Baseball Board, coaches, and volunteers who organized this event. Here are some pictures from the day's events and updated photos of the facilities at the Town of Almond’s Community Park.

The Alfred-Almond Central School Girls’ Softball Team will be utilizing the Almond Community Park Softball field this evening at 5 PM for their game. This is a great opportunity to come down and see the older kids play.

Postponing the start of the season by one day paid off. It was a perfect opening day. Fields look great, and it was nice to see so many people enjoying the park.
