Join us June 2-4 for the Noble Research Institute Business of Grazing course at Lincoln University’s George Washington Carver Farm. This is a hands-on opportunity designed to help producers strengthen both their grazing systems and their bottom line.

Over three days, participants will explore how grazing management connects directly to profitability, from evaluating enterprises and understanding production costs to developing grazing plans that support long-term operational success.

Participants can attend for a discounted rate of $150—an exceptional value for practical training and strategies that can directly benefit your operation.

If you’re looking to make grazing decisions that support healthier pastures and a stronger business, we invite you to join us. Learn more and register: https://www.noble.org/business-of-grazing/.

Our guys grabbed the small window of opportunity to get the Corn Test Plot in on Sunday afternoon! With a wet April (just at 8.5"of rain) its been hard to find good planting conditions. We have 13 seed companies represented in this year's plot, with 36 varieties. Stay tuned for updates throughout the growing season!
The Test Plot is supported by local dealers, and allows us to fund scholarships for Lafayette County seniors each year. We appreciate all the dealers!

Wine About It 2026 is in the books, and we're overwhelmed once again at the support this event draws. A huge thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and joined us, we appreciate the support and we find joy in seeing tables filled with friends and family enjoying face-to-face time together.
This our biggest Wine About It event to date, 47 ladies! Because of you we were able to expand our giving and donate a portion of ticket sales to not only HCC Network but also to Grow Pediatric Therapy Services!
This year we focused some time on offering mental health/regulation tools to women who attended through a deck of regulation cards that offer techniques to help in challenging situations. Devin Graf and her team generously donated worry stones and Lavender packs as well.
Baltimore Bend Vineyard once again donated the wine for this event. Their ongoing support means the world and we love highlighting local vineyards such as theirs. Thank you for being a strong supporter of this event!
Alma Telephone Company is another local business that has supported this event right from the beginning, thank you for offering such a perfect, local venue year after year!
To our sponsors, THANK YOU! We couldn't host this event without the support of each of you. We're so grateful for businesses like yours that recognize the need to address mental health in our communities.

A special shoutout to Shelley Buford Parker for the amazing cookies as well! If you're ever in need of cookies for any event or special occasion, Mama Shell is your gal!
Thank you to Julie Boehmer for leading the ladies through a fresh floral arrangement. So many great bouquets went home in the hands of smiling ladies. Thank you for pouring into them and helping them create something beautiful!
Last but certainly not least, THANK YOU to Debbie Lueck, Kinsey Brandt, Jill Boland and Brittany Boland for helping behind the scenes with prep and planning! Many hands makes light work, and that was the case lastnight! (And a special thank you to the gals who donated items for the giveaway drawings!)
Our t-shirts were designed and printed by TPAQ Screenprinting. They turned out even better than expected and were great to work with!

Another great evening of fellowship, fun and talking about mental health in rural communities. We didn't just talk about it though, we gave each guest regulation tools to take home & we donated a portion of ticket sales to HCC Network AND Grow Pediatric Therapy Services!

Ranching is a passion. But running a profitable ranch is a skill — and it can be learned.

Noble Research Institute is bringing Noble Profitability Essentials to Jefferson City, MO, on March 24-25 in partnership with Lincoln University. This two-day, in-person course is designed to help producers take an honest look at their operation's finances and come away with real tools to improve the bottom line.

You’ll learn how to build profit and loss and cash flow budgets, identify your most and least profitable enterprises, and define the metrics that matter most to your ranch’s long-term health. Facilitators bring decades of real ranching experience into the room, and the format is built for conversation, not lecture.

Registration is available at a discounted rate for this Lincoln University partnership event —enrollment includes 12 months of Rancher to Rancher sessions, a one-hour virtual Noble Consultation and access to exclusive tools and resources.

Seats are limited. Register here: https://shop.noble.org/products/noble-profitability-essentials-jefferson-city-mo-march-24-25-2026
