Tired of gentrification destroying Boston culture? Let's take back our venues, jam spaces, and radio!

05/08/2025

Boston's exquisite Masshole culture could heal a nation. America needs her counter culture right now more than ever... This is the Summer.

And what's a better war to be in than pushing back on gentrification with 🔥 counter culture.

What do we need out of you? Make dangerous art, fall in love, makes the myths, romanticize your fk'n scene.

Ask not how sh*tty your City could be ask how sh*tty you can be for your city.

Remember the Northshore!🇺🇸💙🦖

This is our Fk'n City Hands Off!

Boston has sold out her scene to Corporate interests💰💸💸

Sold all her major FM stations to Corporate Oligarchy Monsters....With no more required local programming for the licenses anymore. Yes there's always cool low dial college radio... But it's fu***ng scary how there was several major local FM stations and now we're another small town market to Clear Channel or Beasley.

Major Festival gets outsourced to Corporate NY Calling....Boston Calling oopseys.

Don't ask about the telly. All these mediums where once local flavor had shined have been gentrified and nationalized... As we all fight for attention span on the internet and someone's add'd doom scroll...💀👑🌈🇺🇸.

Let's take our city back! Make Boston Sh*tty Again! 💙🇺🇸⚡️Stand up to Gentrification

Boston, can you feel it?...

Boston is Sh*tty again!! Our venues like Great Scott are coming back, local shows and festivals are growing bigger and bigger, like .carcass , and we're keeping more artists from being traded to NY and LA!!

Please continue to support Boston art! Our creative Renaissance is here. We have the dreams to create a new Haight Ashbury, Seattle, and live our creative progression instead of just fighting to stay sane and non-fatalistic 🌈💘

Our organization is focusing on the national battles rn in politics and activism. We appreciate all your support.

Boston Is Sh*tty Again!

We're taking over the Statehouse! 🌈💘☄️🦖

Make Boston Sh*tty Again!

It's totally not being used for its purpose. I wanna see you sell your fkn art out of there, kehd.

We're turning it into 150+ rooms of art spaces/recording/vid studios, an artist compound🐈💘=cots with hot showers, brother! ⛽️⛽️

We're gonna have 125 artists pull up there at $250 a month. They get a clean cot, a hot meal, and a space heater. Shared bathrooms= but it's the fkn Statehouse, wicked nice bathrooms! 💦⚡️Plus, friends all day to vent about the city and your triggers!

Rage against Gentrification!
Rage against the dying of the slight.
Do not go gentle into that Gaslight.

Make Boston Sh*tty Again!

We Occupy Wall Street, the Colleges, but what about our major corporate Mediums that have pushed all local artists off their stations? Radio, TV, Print....

Sure, we can throw all our art on the internet, but honestly, why are we letting major mediums continue to get controlled by corporations without a fight?

Yes, I know we have college radio and some station below 91.0fm, but where are all those college students gonna dj with their degrees after college? Major FM radio in Boston used to showcase bands and the personalities of our scene.... Now, the few that remain to work there are gatekeepers for the Matrix!

Make Boston Radio Sh*tty Again! Let's Occupy the airwaves. Let us fight to bring back the attitude and swagger to Greater Boston before Gentrification destroys us all and replaces us with thumb in the asses pretty people cafes!
