Behind every great Good Neighbor Week photo is someone holding the camera. 🎥💙

Meet Andrew Geiwitz, Broker/Owner of Bridging Real Estate and the face behind Living In Green Bay. This year Andrew set down the hammer and picked up the camera to capture our volunteers, sponsors, and neighbors in action.

In Andrew’s words: “I volunteer with the hope that recording and sharing these stories celebrates the people serving today and inspires even more neighbors to join in the years ahead.”

🏡🧹 Good neighbors make neighborhoods shine! 💚

A big shout-out to Western Corridor Neighborhood Association for celebrating Good Neighbor Week with an Adopt-a-Block cleanup! 🌿

Western Corridor invited neighbors to take pride in their community by pledging to clean up a block or area during Good Neighbor Week, September 20–26. Whether signing up individually or with a group, volunteers could choose a section where they live, work, or simply wanted to give back—and clean it up at their own pace.
Because being a good neighbor isn't just about where we live—it's about caring for the places we share and the people who make them home. 💚

🏡💚 Good Neighbor Week in De Pere was all about people coming together!

Students and a teacher from Green Bay Schools' John Dewey Academy of Learning , community volunteers, the homeowner, and our GNW team worked side by side, sharing their time, energy and skills to help a neighbor.

We were especially excited to have the students join us. Getting youth involved in Good Neighbor Week is about more than volunteering for a day—it’s about giving young people the chance to see that they have something valuable to contribute, connect with their community, and experience the impact of showing up for someone else. And they’re already asking to be part of future projects! 💚

A huge thank you to David with De Pere Chamber of Commerce and Pete, are GNW assessor and project lead, who worked behind the scenes to organize, equip and lead the project, and to everyone who showed up ready to pitch in.

Just one example of how Good Neighbor Week brings people together, builds connections and creates another generation of good neighbors.🤝

This is how community grows: one neighbor, one helping hand and one new good neighbor at a time. 🏡💚

🏡💚 Good Neighbor Week Spotlight: Precision Gutter & Property Maintenance LLC

Some neighbors lend a hand. Sage DeWolfe brought a pressure washer and a trailer.

Sage founded Precision Gutter & Property Maintenance in Allouez in June 2024. He started by going door to door, offering gutter cleaning to neighbors who needed help. In 2025 he added pressure washing. When Good Neighbor Week showed up in his Facebook feed, he reached out and offered to donate as much of his skill and equipment as he could.

Before our volunteer crews arrived, Sage prepped homes by cleaning gutters and washing porches, siding, and garage doors. He brought a weathered deck back to life for one homeowner and restored a wheelchair ramp for another.

His company runs on three values: give back to the community, put out the best quality work, and help people enjoy their property.

A thank-you that means a little more. 💙

This year, Larry's Bellevue Gardens donated a plant for every single Good Neighbor Week homeowner — a small gift that leaves a lasting smile on a porch.

The idea grew from tribute. This year we lost a beloved NeighborWorks Green Bay board member, Paul Grall. Every year, Paul brought his co-workers out to volunteer — and he always loved to leave something behind for the homeowner: a beautiful plant to brighten their home.

In Paul's memory, these plants carry his spirit to every door our volunteers touch. We hope they bring the same joy, warmth, and smiles that Paul always did.

Missed Good Neighbor Week? Here's your second chance — our De Pere Good Neighbor Week project is coming up, and we'd love your help.
Volunteers may pitch in on: landscaping cleanup, spreading mulch, repairing and replacing fence posts and panels, and possible small interior repairs. No experience needed — just willing hands.
