The public is invited to help raise and lower flags at the Allison Cemetery Memorial Day weekend.
Flags will go up at 6:00am on Saturday, May 24th (with donuts, coffee and juice to follow). The flags will be taken down at 5:00pm on Monday, May 26th. Thank you for your assistance!

Allison AmVets Auxiliary is hosting a Veterans Day Soup Supper on Monday, November 11th from 5-7 PM at the Allison AmVets. The public is welcome. This is a free will donation and Veterans eat free. All proceeds will be going towards the replacement of the Avenue of Flags name case at the Allison Cemetery. Take out and delivery (Allison only) provided. If you would like a delivery you can contact Amy Siemens at 319-240-8939 the day of the event until 5 PM. Thank you for your continued support of our organization and projects!

🇺🇸 Monday, May27th
Color Guard will march down Main Street at 9:00am. Followed by program at NB Elementary at 9:15. Twenty-one gun salute ceremony at the Allison Cemetery, then Butler Center, and Vilmar Church (in that order). 🇺🇸

Thank you to all who helped put up flags this morning. Volunteers welcome at 5:00pm on Monday to take them down.
