Last month, we dedicated our Apostle Build ❤️ This home was built in partnership with Alliance Friends Church, Beloit Friends Church, Christ United Methodist Church, Alliance First Christian Church,Reading Church of the Brethren, SOZO Church, St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, and Union Avenue United Methodist Church. We also utilized funding provided by City of Alliance ARPA Funds, and Stark County HOME Funds. We had the opportunity to replace the dangerous sidewalks surrounding the property, and look forward to continuing to improve housing and amenities in the second ward. Thank you for your support! Keep an eye out as we tie up our remaining projects of 2026, and announce our sites and families for 2027 ❤️🏡

Did you see our amazing new box truck in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parade today? This truck is sponsored by Grove Appliance TV and Mattress, the Tolerton family, and Greater Alliance Foundation and is going to have a massive impact on the Alliance Area Habitat for Humanity Restore! It has a power lift ramp and other safety and efficiency features that will allow us to do more.

We have been getting by for years with a very old truck, and when it's time was finally up, our incredible partners stepped in. We can't thank them enough.

The ReStore team had an incredible event today, the parade and celebration were a blast, and we are ending this week with so much gratitude!

Thank you for supporting our mission, we are thankful to serve this amazing community ❤️🏡

Recently, we gave thanks to four board members as they ended their formal terms. With over 100 years of Alliance Habitat experience combined, Dr. Steve Kramer, one of our founders, concluded his term along with Lynda Slack, Seth DeHoff, and John McIntosh. Each of them have served dozens of families, coordinated specialty builds, and have left a mark on our affiliate that will be carried on. Thank you for making us what we are today, and for your love for our families and community.
