Finishing up some computer stuff and prepping to write a grant, realized that I had not posted on the BOOK...
April is National Donate Life Month, and while it’s difficult for me to share this part of my journey, I know someone might need to hear it.
Many don’t know, but for the past two years, I have been on the kidney transplant list after being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. Although I have been fortunate not to require dialysis yet, the road has not been easy. Some days are filled with strength, others with uncertainty.
Yet, through it all, my faith has never wavered, HE is still a healer. My tribe—my community of family, friends, and supporters—has lifted me when I needed it most. They remind me every day that hope is powerful, and miracles happen when we least expect them.
This month, I encourage you to think about the gift of life. Consider undergoing testing to determine your eligibility as a living donor for an individual in need. Your decision could change a life forever.
If you’re moved to take that step, visit https://lnkd.in/ePV_5xsa to learn more. And when you do, I ask you to consider listing my name when prompted.
Your act of kindness could be the answer to someone’s prayers—including mine. Thank you for walking this journey with me.
Good night 💎💎💎
