I'd like to introduce you to Cocco.

This weekend was a very surreal Sunday for me and my family.
6 years ago a friend of mine J.A. Dava and I worked together with the mortgage company I worked for and Nicole Schenck Meadowcroft and Custom Canines Service Dog Academy and American Warrior Initiative to donate a service dog to a deserving Veteran Debra S. McCollum

We had the honor of having Deb back for the weekend with her service dog Keno and her friend Karen Imming Lanser

Our Veterans Event on Sunday, we dedicated and named our next service dog after my grandmother Marian Cocco. We will be matching Cocco with another deserving Veteran.

The Michael Mann Team at VIP Mortgage would like to invite you to help in this journey by volunteering or donating or becoming a sponsor of The John Owen Mann Foundation.

We are forming an official board or advisors to help get this initiative into gear.

We are so excited to be presenting a Veteran with a service dog on August 10th - we hope you and your family can join us for a fun-filled day in the park!

In addition to the service dog presentation, there will be
- free hamburgers (plus food trucks on site)
- activities like face painting for the kids
- games
- live music and a DJ!

You MUST RSVP to attend!

Our Second Annual Golf Tournament on Friday was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you to all our golfers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers for your contributions.

We are blessed to be surrounded by such great people who all came together for the same goal - to honor a Veteran with a service dog.

We look forward to seeing you all again in November for the dog giveaway event. Keep an eye out for details!
