Representative Watro recently seen Assisting Troop 63 of Drums With a Merit Badge

He spoke to Scouting America Troop 63 of Drums as part of one of their merit badge requirements. We discussed their rights as citizens, my role as an elected member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, how a bill becomes a law and ways they can make a difference.
