POV: you’re late serving dinner to a group of tiny horses who are absolutely convinced this is the worst thing that has ever happened to them 😂🐴

The tiny trots. The fuzzy little faces. The dramatic stares. The mini chaos as everyone rushes in for dinner time like it’s the greatest moment of their entire day.

Their little personalities seriously make every day better 🤍

Under the fading light of sunset, you’re invited into a space that feels both grounding and otherworldly… a place where sound, breath, and the quiet presence of wild Mustangs meet.

This is not just a sound healing. It’s an experience would not just the sanctuary, but with leading the experience.

As the crystal bowls begin to sing, their frequencies ripple through the air and into your body, gently guiding your nervous system into a state of deep calm. Surrounded by horses who were once wild and free… who knew the vastness of open land, the rhythm of the wind, and the safety of their herds… you’ll feel something ancient awaken within you.

These Mustangs, once stripped from everything they knew, now stand in sanctuary. And in their presence, there is a quiet kind of medicine. They don’t ask anything of you. They simply exist… steady, intuitive, and deeply attuned. As you settle into the sound, they often draw closer, as if listening with you… reminding us that healing doesn’t need to be forced. It just needs space.

Hay lines the round pen, the earth beneath you holding every vibration, every exhale, every release. The setting sun casts gold across their coats as the frequencies move through you… clearing, softening, opening.

This is a moment to pause.
To reconnect.
To feel.

To remember what it’s like to be fully present… in your body, in nature, and in harmony with something greater than yourself.

We held a sound healing at the sanctuary tonight, and yes we placed hay around the round pen, but what happened next was something deeper than that. The Mustangs didn’t just come to eat, they stayed. They settled. They softened. As the frequencies moved through the space, you could feel the shift in everything, the air, the ground, our bodies… and them.

These horses, once wild and free, stripped from everything they knew, don’t linger without reason. They feel energy before we even understand it. And tonight, they chose to stand with us in it.

No words. No force. Just presence, frequency, and something ancient moving through all of us.

That’s not coincidence. That’s connection. Thank you so much to

An evening designed for stillness, beauty, and quiet transformation.

As the sun lowers and the sky turns to gold, you’ll be guided through a refined sound healing experience, surrounded by the presence of our rescued American Mustangs.

Once wild and free, they roamed vast open land, moving with the rhythm of nature, belonging entirely to the world they knew. Then, in a moment, everything changed… taken from their land, separated from their families, from the only life they had ever known.

And yet, here they are.

Now held in safety, in stillness, in sanctuary.

There is something extraordinary that happens in their presence. A quiet strength. A remembering. As sound moves through the air and the light begins to fade, their energy becomes part of the experience… grounding, softening, restoring.

This is an invitation to step away from the noise, to reconnect, and to return to something more natural, more honest, more whole.

Each reservation directly supports their forever sanctuary and the continued rescue of those still waiting to find their way home.

Limited spaces available.

As we stand on the edge of a new year, many of us are celebrating, reflecting, setting intentions.

But right now, there are people putting their lives on the line to protect the natural resources we all depend on to survive.

At The Unbridled Heroes Project, our work has always been about guardianship — of land, of life, of future generations.

My ancestors are from Colombia. The Kogi people, often referred to as the Jaguar people, are an Indigenous community and among the original guardians of the Earth. Their teachings remind us that the land, the animals, the rivers, and the people are one living body. When one is harmed, all are harmed.

That is why what is happening in the Amazon matters — especially now.

For more than twenty years, Paul Rosolie and Junglekeepers have worked to protect sacred rainforest, rivers, wildlife, and Indigenous communities. That work is now under direct threat. Their lives are at risk. Narco-traffickers are pushing into protected land. Ancient trees are falling. Indigenous people in the Amazon are under attack for defending their territories, their cultures, and the land itself.

This is not just an Amazon story.
It is the story of this moment in time.

As one year closes and another begins, we are being asked who we choose to be. Comfort or courage. Convenience or responsibility. Silence or guardianship.

At Unbridled, we protect wild horses because they carry memory and medicine. We work with veterans because those who have known war understand what it means to defend something greater than themselves. We fight for land because once it is gone, it cannot be replaced.

A new year does not mean a clean slate for the Earth.
It means a deeper responsibility.

May we enter this year awake.
May we protect those protecting life itself.
May we remember that stewardship is not optional — it is our calling.

Long live Amazonia.
Long live the guardians.

Last night, under a shifting sky and cooler air, the farm felt alive in a different way. As I stepped out to do nighttime chores, the horses burst into motion. Manes flying, hooves drumming the earth, bodies moving like poetry. At first it looked like pure energy, but then something changed. They turned toward me.

They weren’t just running. They were inviting me.

Circling, pausing, locking eyes, waiting to see if I would remember. Before life became so heavy and so full, I used to play with them at liberty. And even though they are immense, powerful, breathtaking beings, when they play, I know—deep in my bones—they would never harm me. There is a sacred trust there. A knowing.

Standing in that moment, I felt how much I’ve been surviving instead of living. How serious I’ve become. How many days I’ve simply moved through instead of being in. And these horses, without words, reminded me of something ancient and essential: we are meant to play. We are meant to feel joy move through our bodies. We are meant to step out of time and back into wonder.

They didn’t ask anything of me. They didn’t need fixing. They just offered presence. Connection. Play.

Last night, they gave me back a piece of myself I didn’t realize I’d set down. They reminded me that joy is still waiting. That softness is still safe. That magic doesn’t disappear—it just waits patiently until we’re ready to notice again.
And they’ll always be here.
Watching. Holding space.
Ready to run with me the moment I say yes. 🖤🐎✨ HealingThroughHorses BarnLife PresentMoment JoyAsMedicine TrustAndConnection GroundedInGrace NatureRemembers SoulWork FindingWonder UnbridledHeroes 🐎✨
