Momentum is a student-run organization at Grand Valley! It allows dancers and choreographers to express themselves through their pieces! This club donates ours profits from each semester's performances to a charity of our choice!

Charity Announcement!

Introducing the organization that this semester’s show proceeds will be going to: Kids’ Food Basket! “Kids’ Food Basket serves West Michigan kids and families experiencing food insecurity, made possible by the generous support of and collaboration with volunteers, donors and community partners.”

Momentum is very grateful for the opportunity to use our show as a platform to benefit this amazing charity.

Happy Fall break Momentum! The premiere of our show, Mosaic, is a week away!!💙✨

Join us next weekend for our two show times:
Saturday, October 25th at 7:00pm
Sunday, October 26th at 2:00pm

Performances will take place in the Haas Center for Performing Arts in Dance Studio Theatre 1600.

During our showtimes, we will be collecting cash donations for Family Futures! Family Futures is a nonprofit organization who strives to help all kids reach their greatest potential! They are “dedicated to educating parents about positive parenting practices, offering support when help is needed, [and] provide tools that let parents keep track of their own child’s development.” We can’t wait to support them this semester!❤️

And finally, meet your Social Media Manager, Natalie, and Social Media Manager in Training, Ben!!

Natalie is a Senior majoring in Dance and Communication Studies with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. This is her seventh semester in Momentum and second year on E-Board! Natalie’s fun fact is the only pet she’s ever had was a goldfish!🐟

Ben is a Junior studying Advertising and Public Relations, with a minor in Business. This is Ben’s fifth semester in Momentum and first year on E-Board! A fun fact about him is he took an 18 day solo trip to Europe this summer!✈️
