The Allen Lions Club Wants You! 🇺🇸

We are currently recruiting veterans and/or active-duty servicemembers to serve as the Grand Marshal for our Fourth of July Parade in Allen. As we celebrate our country's 250th birthday, we want to honor the brave men and women who have risked their lives to protect our freedom! The 2026 Grand Marshal will be veterans and/or active-duty servicemembers connected to the Village of Allen, giving us an opportunity to thank them for all they've done for the United States.

If you or someone you know fits the bill, please message us or reach out to King Lion Ricky Pollitt at [email protected]. The parade begins at 2 pm on Saturday, July 4 at Friendship Church in Allen and concludes at the Allen Community Hall. 🦁

This Memorial Day weekend, our club had the privilege to present to the congregation of the Allen Asbury United Methodist Church, honoring those no longer with us who served both our community and country.

We honor them by the way we live our lives, setting the example like the one they set for us. Because of them, Allen is a place of freedom and peace! 🇺🇸
