The recently completed 2026 WMF Ghana/USA Convo was a great success. Attendees from around the nation, and surrounding territories, came and were touched by God. The Holy Spirit definitely revived, refreshed and empowered the Body of Christ here. Everyone believed the conference lived up to its main theme and fostered an atmosphere for 'Possessing His Divine Presence for Greater Works', John 14:12.
Two other Pastors to 5fold Ministry Gifts participated in this conference hosted by Bishop Samuel Essel of Living Word Praise Ministry: namely Apostle Appeaning founder of Wordlife international churches and Bishop Ahiagbedey, Founder of Adonai International Ministries.
Each evening saw many tears, uplifted hands, deeply penetrating worship and altars filled with humble and hungry believers. The first night, in the Providence of God, FiFi and Sybil we're in attendance. I ministered on the greater word and works of Jn 14:22. I illustrated how Jesus was an extension of His heavenly father's works on Earth (Jn 5:20), that we too are an extension of the Ascended One's work here also. On the second night, Ahiagbedey ministered on the meaning of Jesus' reading of the Isaiah scroll in Luke 4 and what the anointing means for this day in which we live, that without being inflamed by God, little can be created in our assemblies except loud noise and musical performance. He then led us into a glorious time of worship as he began to sing. On the third night, Appeaning dealt with a single issue, that without his presence there would be no power. With ample illustration of genuine signs and wonders from his own life and ministry, he showed what it looks like when a God-touched believer yields to the Holy Ghost.
During the mornings of Friday and Saturday, I taught leadership sessions for WMF ministers, dealing with qualities and traits that can build or destroy ministers (with an additional Q&A session added the following Tuesday evening because of the interest in I Tim. 3, and in learning how to reach into pagan cultures and see God move). Saturday afternoon brought on a climax, the ordination service in which Samuel Essel encouraged ordainees to strive toward holiness. The power of the Lord fell during the time of prayer after the charge was given. As I often do in the afternoons, I traveled into the rural areas to see the work the pastors are doing, to learn of the help needed for their churches and to inquire 'for what things are you believing God?' Moreover I met privately with delegations that came from various regions in order to ascertain how WMF and my churches might be able to assist them in reaching their areas.
The conference concluded with WMF fellowships in the Tema region gathering for a joyful joint service. I ministered from John. 5, about the man at the pool of Bethesda. Prayer for the sick was given and the Lord met us in that final assembling. By the end of it all we could say 'the hand of the Lord was upon us for good'.
