If you have special requests, just include all the information on your application and we will try our best to accommodate as many requests as possible. Applications are not logged unless accompanied by payment. Your cancelled check is your receipt. We appreciate all our Vendors! Your participation helps make the other Festival events possible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2026 Pumpkin Festival Vendor Application link. Due to increased expenses, the vendor fee has increased for the first time in 20+ years. This will allow us to cover expenses such as liability insurance, portable toilets, and some additional parking field security. Please read both application pages for additional changes. This is definitely not an all inclusive list and we do not have pictures of everyone; however, it would just be wrong not to mention the hands, feet, backs, and voices of the many people who work so hard before, during, and after the Festival. Some get a little remuneration from the Festival, some get a few dollars from me, and some serve for only smiles and giggles.
