Great for those who need help transitioning to permanent housing in Truckee.

CalHHS Secretary Kim Johnson recently joined fellow state leaders from California Housing and Homelessness Agency, California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, California Department of Conservation, and California Environmental Protection Agency for a tour of Truckee's first year-round Navigation Center and discussion of the region's collaborative approach to homelessness with the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation.

The Navigation Center provides emergency shelter, interim housing, case management, and supportive services designed to help individuals quickly stabilize and transition to permanent housing.
