Tonight Hopewell Firefighters were all issued Guardian Angel personal light beacons as part of their personal protective equipment compliment. These lights were obtained after extensive research by our Fire Police members to increase the visibility of all of our members while operating on roadway incidents in addition to our ANSI class 2 and class 3 apparel.

Several months ago this young man approached the Board of Commissioners and the Hopewell Fire Dept. about completing his Eagle Scout project. Carter’s project is a phenomenal idea and is definitely needed within our community so that our nations flag can be properly retired when the time comes. Let’s come together and help him reach his goal and get this done!

It was great seeing everyone today! Even our Hopewell Officers stopped by to say hello and work on their skills on the driving simulators! Chief Sedlacek might have taken the wrong civil service test years ago because we think he looks better in a fire helmet! 🤪 Hope to see more of you tomorrow! Don’t forget to fill up at Sweet Pea’s!

What an absolute BLAST Parkfest was this past weekend! Such a great day with great music, awesome food, and culminated with an outstanding fireworks display! If you weren’t able to make it down you certainly missed out! Hope to see everyone next year! Oh and yes Chief Cochran got on the dunk tank along with our Township Commissioners Kara Rubino, and Bob Williams and our Tax Collector “Sissy” Palsa. All to raise money to keep our wonderful park beautiful!
