We made a hash brown stack for breakfast. Homemade hash browns topped with sauteed mushrooms and peppers, melted pepper jack cheese, over easy eggs with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. Fresh cut pineapple and bacon on the side. Seasoned with thyme, sage, salt and pepper.

After working outside all day and working up a mighty appetite we made some smash burgers with bacon, arugula, double beef patty with grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers with smashed avocado on a ciabatta roll. For dessert we made a chocolate mouse with a mixed berry reduction in a puff pastry. Beef supplied by the Beef Barn in Alfalfa Oregon.
