ROAR ATV The purpose of our Club (ROAR) is to establish ATV and OHV trail systems in Douglas County Minnesota.

Create a successful club that abides by OHV regulations and state laws, while always keeping safety in mind. The mission of the Runestone Off-road ATV Riders is to provide recreational opportunities for all off-road highway vehicle enthusiasts. To stimulate and strengthen our community by promoting a positive image and encouraging safe, social and fun family activities while respecting the environment.
