Established in 2019, the SAME Leader Development Program serves to identify and cultivate talent from within the Society’s membership to develop leaders for the future of the A/E/C profession.

🔹National Leadership nominations for President-Elect, Vice President, and Elected Director will be open on October 1, 2026. Each fall, SAME members have an important opportunity to nominate the next slate of national leadership candidates who are poised to lead the Society into the future. The deadline to submit a nomination, or self-nominate, is Dec. 1, 2026.
