The 2026 Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino Quarter Horse live racing season gets underway on Friday, October 2! Post time for the 46-day meet is 5:35 pm. Live racing continues through Saturday, December 19 culminating with the final of the LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity. Cooler weather and a rich stakes schedule; looking forward to it!

Congratulations to Kenneth Roberts, Sr. who won the leading trainer title and Pedro Espinoza, Jr. winner of the leading rider title for the "Fair Grounds "at Delta Downs season.

Another exceptional stakes on the closing night of the "Fair Grounds" season at Delta Downs Racing was the $50,000 Audubon Stakes. Runnning With Faith earned her first career stakes victory Saturday under rising star Servando Ramirez. Bred by Jumonville Farms, the 4-year-old filly still going strong and upped her career earnings to $201,832! Congrats to her connections!!

Fullmoonovrmanhattan dug in to win the $50,000 LQHBA Sale Debutante Stakes on Saturday, August 29 at Delta Downs Racing.
