Nice score by Six Streakin Blood in Thursday's allowance on October 15 at Evangeline Downs Racing. Respected veteran QH jockey J.R. Ramirez has won 1,666 races, so he probably knew his filly was home free, but he snuck a look at Randy Edison, Jr. aboard #6 Mjs Heart, just to be sure! Congrats to Ramirez, trainer Danny Hoda, owner Jerr-Wood Ranch and breeders Rodney and Philip DeBenedetto!! Great team effort!

Live racing returns on Friday and Saturday - first post: 5:35 pm.
