💙 Throwback Thursday — Camp Rappahannock Edition! 🏕️

Today we’re throwing it back to PJ — Lawrence Purnell, one of our awesome male counselors from Summer 2026!

There are so many people who help make a summer at Camp Rappahannock special, and our counselors are right at the heart of it. They show up, pour into our campers, encourage them, laugh with them, help them try new things, and create memories that last long after everyone goes home.

PJ, thank you for choosing to spend your summer serving at camp and investing in the lives of our young people. We’re grateful you were part of the Camp Rappahannock 2026 family, and we sure hope that “I really hope I am able to” turns into “YES, I’m coming back!” in 2027! 😂💙

Once camp family, always camp family! 🏕️❤️

What an incredible week we’ve shared as we journeyed through the Storyline of the Bible, discovering that we aren’t just reading God’s story—we’re part of it. And the best part? Our story is still being written.

This week was filled with unforgettable memories, meaningful friendships, and countless moments where we experienced God’s presence in powerful ways. We leave encouraged, challenged, and forever changed.

Not one of us is going home the same way we came. Thank You, Lord, for all You have done this week—and for the story You are still writing in each of our lives. ❤️

WE ARE THE MIGHTY POTOMAC.

The Potomac Division delegates are truly having the time of their lives at Territorial Youth Institute! 💙

What a beautiful week of worship, Bible study, fellowship, laughter, and unforgettable memories. These are the moments where lifelong friendships are formed, faith is strengthened, and hearts become more receptive to the voice of God.

The seeds being planted this week will continue to grow for years to come. We are praying that the Lord would transform lives, deepen callings, and raise up a generation of young people who will boldly live for Him.

There is something so special about watching God move in the lives of our young adults. ❤️

Please join us in praying for our Potomac Division delegates as TYI and TMI get underway this week.

Pray that they would be filled with the joy of the Lord, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and surrounded by Christ-centered community. May they grow deeper in their faith, discover the gifts God has given them, and return home ready to serve Him with boldness.

We’re believing God will do incredible things in the lives of this generation.
