It’s the final few days to support Scouting America Troop 412 (Calvary Lutheran Church) and bring the scent of the season home! 🌲💚

We’re wrapping up our Holiday Evergreen Fundraiser — featuring wreaths, sprays, centerpieces, tabletop trees, garland, and accessories. Perfect for decorating or gifting! 🎁

🗓️ All orders, including payments, are due Monday, October 27th. The scouts will be turning them in that night.

While our Scouts were busy earning merit badges at Camp Wilderness, our dedicated adult leaders didn’t sit still — they took the opportunity to grow right alongside the boys! 💼🌲

We’re proud to recognize the adults of Troop 412 who successfully completed Outdoor Leadership Skills, Trek Safely, and Scoutmaster Fundamentals training this week. 🏕️📚

The scouts were off to the annual Logging Camp breakfast! We enjoyed indulging in eggs, hash browns, and as many pancakes and ham/sausages as we could eat! We explored the property and had fun in the gift shop.

Next stop...back to camp for the adult leader appreciation steak meal! 🍴🥩 Wish us luck!

Scouts take you a lot of places. I was in the general area this weekend and wanted a reminder of where the journey has taken me so far. So I took a short detour and stopped by the first Eagle Scout project that I was able to help with as part of Troop 412 and where my childhood Troop 57 ended one of our many canoe trips. Jacob’s project is holding together well and still sharing good information with the public.
