We are excited to welcome graduating collegiate members to NSBE Professionals Signing Day.

This experience is intentionally designed to prioritize:
• Membership activation
• Regional and chapter connection
• Professional development engagement

Graduates will activate their complimentary first-year Professional membership, connect with the region where they will reside, and engage directly with leadership.

Stoles are available on a first passport-complete basis; however, the focus remains on building meaningful professional relationships and long-term engagement.

We look forward to officially welcoming the next generation of Professional members.

Hello all,

Region II is launching a new Mentorship Pod Program that will be offered throughout the region. The goal is to increase connectivity by offering mentorship across generations—linking NSBE Jr., collegiate, and professional members in structured pods.

This program provides ongoing support to members navigating key transitions and helps develop leadership through mentorship and consistent communication, reinforcing NSBE’s mission to cultivate culturally responsible Black engineers who uplift others.
