The NACS Foundation honors the legacy of the late Lisa Dell’Alba by supporting the next generation of leaders in the convenience industry.

This annual scholarship, made possible by industry friends and peers, helps graduates of the NACS Leadership for Success program attend the NACS Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Starting in its inaugural year, a generous match from Cornell will enable us to award two scholarships each year for the next 10 years.

Recipients get full tuition and a $1,000 stipend to help with travel and participation costs.

Angela Ryan, a longtime Casey's team member in Rockville, Indiana, and a volunteer firefighter with the Marshall Volunteer Fire Departmentl Volunteer Fire Department, has saved lives both in and outside her store.

Thanks to her emergency training, she recognized the signs of heart attacks in two separate customers and took immediate action to get them the care they needed.

Angela represents the heart of her community and the spirit of 24/7 Day. Thank you, Angela, for your quick thinking, selflessness, and commitment to serving others, on and off the clock.

As a volunteer fire chief and full-time fuel driver for Dara's Corner Market, Kevin Umscheid uses his vacation days to battle wildfires, lead tornado rescues, and protect his Kansas community because serving others isn’t just a job, it’s who he is.
