FRC wasn’t just a conference, IT WAS PROOF. 🔥
Proof that when professionals, collegiates, partners, and civic leaders move together, the impact is real. The One FIYAH energy was on full display, from record professional engagement to strong partnerships with PepsiCo, the Early Impact Empowerment Group, and the Albany Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, along with meaningful support from Mayor-Elect Dorcey Applyrs and Council Member Sergio Adams.
What made this year different? Action.
Not just talking about pipelines, but building them.
That momentum continues. Albany’s own Green Tech High School will represent Region 1 and the City of Albany at the NSBE Annual Convention in Baltimore, carrying our work to the national stage.
And here’s the takeaway: Region 1 has the blueprint; actually, the Greenprint.
A proven model for collegiate, professional and host city collaboration that creates access, develops talent, and drives outcomes at our FRCs.
We’re also excited to launch the Early Impact Empowerment Group, LLC Showcase Series, highlighting Region 1 collegiates and professionals whose stories and leadership deserve visibility.
If FRC left an impression on you, like, comment, or repost to help extend the reach. And if someone helped make FRC meaningful for you, tag them below. Recognition keeps the momentum moving.
This is how we lead. This is One FIYAH🔥.
