United Way Lakes and Prairie is looking for an energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and community-minded individual to join our team as our Impact & Engagement Manager!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

🌟 Lead meaningful programs that support children, families, and individuals across our communities.

📋 Plan, organize, and coordinate the logistics that keep multiple programs, events, and community initiatives running smoothly.

🤝 Build strong partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders.

🙌 Recruit, coordinate, and inspire volunteers who want to make a difference.

💙 Turn ideas into action by managing details, solving problems, and creating meaningful community impact.

We're looking for someone who is a relationship builder, skilled organizer, creative problem solver, and hands-on leader who can juggle multiple priorities, manage logistics, and bring people together to get things done!

🧤❤️ A little warmth goes a long way! ❄🧥

As the temperatures drop, we want to help keep our neighbors warm this winter. We invite anyone with an expressed need to join us at our Winter Wear Distribution, where individuals and families can find warm winter essentials for the season ahead.

🌶️ That’s a wrap on our Chili Cook-Off events! 🌶️

What a great chili season! Both cook-offs were busy, with amazing booths, creative displays, and plenty of delicious chili to go around. A huge thank-you to everyone who participated, attended, and helped make these events in Alexandria and Perham such a success!

We’re grateful for the community support, friendly competition, and all the people who showed up to make a difference.

Thank you for raising your hand and helping us Live United! We can’t wait to do it again next year! 🧡
