This morning, August 11, 2026, our office received a criminal damage to property report that occurred at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, located at 20490 480th Avenue, Morris, MN. Staff reported that the side door of the church was broken into and contents throughout the church office were gone through and trashed.

It is believed that the criminal damage occurred sometime between the hours of 4:00pm on Monday, 08/10/2026, and 9:00am this morning (08/11/2026). Investigation into this incident is ongoing.

What a wonderful morning with the volunteers from Alexandria Covenant Church!!! Filling school backpacks, filling neck pillows for cancer patients and kids in Ronald McDonald homes, filling snack bags for our food pantry, filling hygiene bags, and filling welcome bags for Teen Challenge for women at Brainerd, were the completed projects they accomplished ! AMAZING!
We are so grateful for you and all of the groups who have come alongside us at SLH to help make our community s better. God bless!!

Just want to take a minute to say thank you to all our wonderful volunteers and those who support us with donations . Thanks to donations of food that get dropped off at our free food pantry.
