Great organization.

As we look ahead to the end of January, we want to share an important leadership update with our community and partners.

We are deeply grateful for Shawn Kor and his service as Executive Director of The Nest over the past two years. His leadership, dedication, and steady guidance have been instrumental in strengthening the organization and ensuring our residents and Veterans continued to receive the support, stability, and care they deserve. While Shawn will be stepping down from the Executive Director role to focus on family priorities, we are grateful that he is not stepping away from The Nest. He will remain actively involved and will continue to serve in a leadership capacity on our Board of Directors.

We are also pleased to share that Tommy Snell will be stepping into the role of Executive Director. Tommy brings extensive history with The Nest, deep relationships within the organization, and a strong understanding of the needs of our residents and Veterans. His long-standing commitment to this mission, paired with his leadership experience, ensures that the heart of our work remains firmly intact as we move forward.

Most importantly, the mission of The Nest is not changing. Our focus remains steadfast: serving our residents, supporting Veterans in their healing journey, and providing a place of stability, dignity, and hope. The work continues without disruption, our partnerships remain strong, and our commitment to those we serve remains our highest priority.

We value transparency and open communication, and we welcome questions during this transition. Thank you for your continued trust, partnership, and support as we continue this important work together.

If you are familiar with me, you are aware of my sentiments regarding Veterans. This issue weighs heavily on my heart, so I am bringing it up. I am fairly confident that I already know two individuals who will assist, but I am concerned that I will only receive about four responses, as this is a pressing concern. Twenty-two Veterans succumb to their struggles daily. May I request that two friends or family members copy and re-post this message? Someone's life may depend on it. ❤️‍🩹 Call the Veteran's Hotline at 988 #1 or 844-647-1354. I am asking for just two individuals to respond with 'done'.

If Fauci profited from this over and above his salary, first he should have to forfeit it, second be fined for it perhaps jail time for it as well. Public servants have no business collecting stipends from the private sector.

Why isn't he in jail!?
