🌡️ Extreme heat is a serious risk—especially for those who work outdoors.
Montgomery County is launching the Be Cool, Save Lives campaign to help workers and employers recognize the warning signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke—and understand the right to water, shade, and rest. This is especially important for landscaping and outdoor crews working in high-heat conditions.

📣 Two upcoming virtual events:
• June 5 (6–7 PM) – Campaign Kickoff (Spanish with English interpretation)
• June 11 (2–3 PM) – Employer Briefing (English with Spanish interpretation)

The Landscape Contractors Association is proud to launch its first‑ever Annual Golf Tournament—designed to become an annual tradition that brings the landscaping industry together for a day of friendly competition, meaningful connections, and shared purpose.

Open to golfers of all skill levels, the event welcomes contractors, suppliers, sponsors, and industry partners to participate by playing or sponsoring. The tournament takes place Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Renditions Golf Course in Davidsonville, MD, with a 9:00 AM start and a modified shotgun format that keeps play lively and networking flowing throughout the day.
