At Local Motion Project, we have two beautiful ways to release the energy of the week:

💃 Friday 7PM - Dance it off with Shake Your Soul — an uplifting, expressive dance experience where you can move freely, shake out the stress, and reconnect with your body through music and rhythm. No dance experience needed.

🌙 Saturday 5:30PM - Float it away with a Sound Healing in Hammocks session — gently rest in a cozy aerial hammock while soothing sounds and vibrations guide you into deep relaxation.

Two different paths. One intention: letting go and restoring your energy.

Move it out. Float it away. However you release the week, we’ve got a space for you.
