CCA CENLA has been a successful chapter of CCA Louisiana for many years. It continues to grow and raise awareness and funds for conservation and habitat in Louisiana. CCA LA Outreach - This program is designed to educate, excite and intrigue youth and adults about recreational fishing and the conservation of our marine resources. Schools, scouting groups, 4-H Clubs, men's and women's clubs and other interested organizations may request an outreach visit.
