President Davis is currently the Chief of Police for the Village of Hazel Crest, IL and a distinguished law enforcement leader with a career dedicated to service, innovation, and strengthening communities. With decades of experience in public safety and executive leadership, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to advancing NOBLE’s mission.

Throughout his career, President Davis has been recognized for his dedication to developing leaders, building partnerships, and championing excellence in law enforcement. As he steps into this new role, we look forward to his vision, leadership, and commitment to carrying NOBLE’s legacy forward.
