These photos capture such a meaningful moment from tonight’s football game at Campbell County High School. 🇺🇸

In honor of the 25th anniversary of September 11, Campbell County and Cooper football players, along with Campbell County cheerleaders, came together to present an oversized American flag as part of WoodmenLife’s “100 Flags: A National WoodmenLife 9/11 Tribute.”

It was a powerful sight to see students from both schools standing together in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, while also honoring our military members, first responders and all those who continue to serve and protect our communities.

We were proud to have Marc Barone, WoodmenLife Financial Representative, take part in bringing this special tribute to our community.

A beautiful reminder that even 25 years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

As part of WoodmenLife’s nationwide 9/11 tribute, an oversized American flag was presented on the field by football players from both teams and Campbell County cheerleaders in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in honor of the first responders, military members, and all those who serve and protect our communities.

It was incredibly moving to see the students and community come together for this special tribute on the 25th anniversary of 9/11. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 Today, on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honor the heroes who courageously answered the call and reflect on the unity and strength shown by our nation.

As part of “100 Flags: A National WoodmenLife 9/11 Tribute,” WoodmenLife is joining communities across America to present oversized 60-by-30-foot U.S. Flags at 100 high school football games nationwide. Each flag will serve as a powerful symbol of remembrance and a tribute to our military members, first responders and all who continue to serve and protect our communities.

We are honored that communities across Kentucky are participating in this meaningful tribute:

🇺🇸 Bracken County High School
🇺🇸 Campbell County High School
🇺🇸 Harrison County High School
🇺🇸 Bardstown High School
🇺🇸 Corbin High School

Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the bravery and sacrifice of so many, and proudly display the Stars and Stripes as a symbol of the resilience that unites us.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🎬 MOVIE NIGHT IN THE PARK
❌ CANCELLED ❌

Due to the forecast for thunderstorms this evening, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Movie Night in the Park.

While we know the weather can be unpredictable, we don’t want families to arrive only to have the event interrupted or canceled once it’s underway. The safety of everyone attending is our top priority.

We truly appreciate everyone who planned to join us and are so grateful for your support. We hope you’ll join us at a future event!

Thank you for understanding, and we hope everyone has a safe evening.
