A-AWA team is pleased to share that our event on Sunday was a great success! We had excellent participation, meaningful discussions, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with and support our community. انجمن زنان افغان در امریکا (آوا) با افتخار شما را به یک برنامه بسیار ارزشمند و الهام‌بخش دعوت می‌کند:

«زندگی و مقابله — پرورش تعادل در ذهن، بدن و قلب»

در دنیای پر از اضطراب، تشویش و پر مصروفیت امروز، حفظ آرامش ذهن، سلامت جسم و تعادل روحی از مهم‌ترین نیازهای زندگی ماست. این برنامه فرصتی عالی است تا در کنار متخصصین و اعضای فعال جامعه افغان، درباره سلامت روان، رشد فردی، تعادل در زندگی و راه‌های مقابله با چالش‌های روزمره بیشتر بیاموزیم.

در این برنامه سخنرانان متخصص از جمله:
• داکتر ناهید نصرت — روانشناس و استاد دانشگاه
• محترم جاوید بهسودی — مهمان ویژه
• داکتر خاطره بهرامی — متخصص روانشناسی رشد

درباره موضوعات مهم ذهن، بدن، قلب و سلامت روان صحبت خواهند کرد.

این گردهمایی فقط یک سمینار نیست؛
بلکه فرصتی برای:
• یادگیری و رشد شخصی
• شبکه‌سازی و آشنایی با اعضای جامعه
• دریافت معلومات مفید برای خانواده‌ها
• سپری کردن یک بعدازظهر مثبت و الهام‌بخش

همچنین چای، قهوه و عصریه مختصر فراهم می‌باشد. برای خانواده‌های واجد شرایط، ترانسپورت رایگان نیز در نظر گرفته شده است.
