When a drug label says "contraindicated" in pregnancy, does every physician interpret it the same way?

In the latest Translational Bytes post, Mikako Goto, MD, shares findings from a survey of physicians in Japan, where pregnancy labeling still relies heavily on preclinical animal reproduction studies. The results point to a meaningful gap between specialists and general practitioners, one that may affect patients' access to appropriate treatment.
