What are your “shoulds”
Are these expectations yours that you are choosing to promote in your life or are they inherited?
Are these expectations something that is preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself and if so, what are some steps that you can start taking to improve them so they align with your own hopes and dreams?
Today I want you to take an opportunity to write down all the automatic negative thoughts that get in the way on a daily basis and identify whether those expectations or something that you have set or if they are set by others around you.
Also, it’s random act of kindness day do something kind for yourself and for others!!!
