Emily recently returned from the first meeting of the 2026 CFLeads Executive Leadership Institute for CEOs cohort hosted at the Foundation for the Carolinas.

While community foundations share a common commitment to serving their communities, no two foundations are exactly alike.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside community foundation leaders from across the country, share ideas, and gain new perspectives on community leadership.

We are proud to announce the distribution of $526,158 through our Governance Committee Community Investment Fund, a special grantmaking initiative designed to support organizations and projects that strengthen Central Louisiana.

The grants support a diverse range of community needs, including education, athletics, health initiatives, nonprofit capacity building, public media, and services for individuals and families.
