We had some amazing volunteers come in today. They were very generous and brought in some fidgets, books and some Mc Donald’s certificates.
They also helped put away donations, take out the trash and vacuumed. They also helped take the pictures for this post and helped me type it out. Such hard workers!
Thank you!!!!

We had a whole family come in today to volunteer, mom, dad and four kids. They even brought grandpa and grandma along to watch the baby while they worked. This family has volunteered many times at the closet. We are so lucky to have them always offer to help. I love that mom and dad are teaching these kids to have giving hearts🥰

WOW is all I can say!!!! You could hardly see the carpet when they came in. They broke down all of our boxes, helped sort and fold some clothes and even offered to bring the boxes home to recycle them.

Thank you!

Kelli and Jolie along with Thrivent Action Dollars made this donation possible. They said they had so much fun purchasing clothing and the softest blanket for our kiddos in foster/kinship care. Thank you for thinking of us!

If you need a way to use your Thrivent Action Dollars, let us know, we can help you figure out how to spend them. 🥰

We are so lucky to have so many amazing partnerships in our community and around Minnesota. We can not do what we do without the support of organizations and people that believe in the mission to help children. Thank you Jingle Bells for your very generous donation.🥰

As part of our recent donation visits, the Jingle Bells Foundation was honored to present a $1,000 donation to Fostering Love here in Alexandria.

Fostering Love does incredible work providing immediate necessities—like clothing, supplies, and everyday essentials—to foster and adoptive families throughout Douglas County. Their mission says it best:
“To provide immediate needs to foster and adoptive families… because you are loved and not forgotten.”

We’re grateful to support an organization that steps in during critical moments and helps ensure kids have what they need, right when they need it most. 💙

- if you’d like to support their work or donate items, you can reach Fostering Love at 📞 320-349-0132 to schedule a donation.

Thank you to our amazing community for making this impact possible!
