Enjoy a FREE relaxing boat tour and luncheon with friends and neighbors on the beautiful St. Lawrence River as we all tour the aboard an Uncle Sam Tour Boat. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Alexandria Bay. Boarding begins at noon.
